Shanghai based company Oriental Perl has announced that they will found two joint venture companies with japan based Sony in the free trade zone, from which one will be making hardware, while the other one will be writing software for the next gen consoles from Sony.
In one of those companies Sony will own 49 percent, while in the other Sony will be majority owner with 70 percent, so they can manufacture and sale PlayStation and its software on the Chinese market.
