Up to now we had opportunity to hear a lot of rumors regarding the new tablets from Samsung, but the latest news from Samsung will clear any doubts we might have had.
Samsung has announced two versions of its latest Galaxy Tab S. One with 10.5 inch screen and the other one with 8.4 inch screen, and there will also be two versions of each screen version with different processing power.
Both devices will be powered by Exynos octa core processor where 4 cores run on 1.9 GHz and the other 4 cores are running on 1.3 GHz or by 2.3 GHz quad core Snapdragon 801 processor.
The tablets’ displays will have 2560 x 1600 resolution and the screens will be AMOLED. There will be 3 GB of RAM and 16 or 32 GB of internal storage. microSD slot will also be available and the main camera will have at least 8 megapixels.
When it comes to the operating system, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S will be powered by Android 4.4 KitKat.
The version with the bigger display of 10.5 inches will feature a bigger 7.900 mAh battery, while the other version with 7.4 inch screen will feature smaller 4.900 mAh battery.
Both tablets will be pretty slim, around 6.6 mm which makes the Gakaxy S tabs a lot thinner then the iPad Air (7.5 mm).
