Epson has improved its offer of printers that use an ink reservoir instead of toners and cartridges, usually referred under the ITS acronym. This type of printers allow you to print huge amounts of papers using all the colors from the spectrum, but keep the expenditure of ink at its lowest.
The printers that use ink reservoirs are nothing new, but Epson’s improved technology will allow you to print over 12 thousand pages in black and white, and around 7 thousand pages in all colors, which was not something that you could see everyday in this industry.
The great thing about these printers is that they are very precise and tidy by nature, so you will never again encounter stains on your fresh prints or need to wait before the color dries on the paper. Some of the other features include scanning, copying, sending and receiving of faxes, big LCD screen, PC connectivity and an SD micro card slot.
You can also connect the printer through Wi-Fi to Epson Connect, feature that allows you to print documents from any corner on the Earth or using a remote driver on the cloud. Just send the document to the mail address of the printer and press start on your PC or mobile phone.
The Epson iPrint application is intended to make the process of printing through smartphones or tablets easy as one-two-three. The compatibility with Apple’s AirPrint5 and Google’s Cloud Print service allows even greater flexibility when it comes to getting prints ready through your smartphone.
